Our biozentrale spread Mediterranean is an aromatic creamy spread, enhanced with three herbs. The base of sunflower is fused with paprika, zucchini and aubergines as well as a fruity tomato paste. Basil, oregano and rosemary perfectly round off this Mediterranean delight. Our Mediterranean spread is vegan, gluten free and lactose free. It tastes especially delicious on fresh bread, rolls, crisp bread, corn or rice cakes and our crisp bread pea lentil. But it is also a perfect secret ingredient for seasoning and enhancing hot and cold dishes or for delicious sauces and dips.
