Our biozentrale capers are handpicked. The buds of the wild, thorny caper shrub are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Our capers are spicy hot and zesty. This makes them the perfect ingredient for pizza, Mediterranean dishes, sauces, salads and for classics like Königsberg meatballs.
Our tip: the brine can also be used for enhancing and seasoning to taste.
