Pictograms & seals

You can tell whether our products are vegan, gluten free, lactose free, palm oil free or Fairtrade-certified by the respective pictogram or seal. Also packaging that is easily recyclable or packaging made of recycled material can be clearly identified.

vegan

All biozentrale products marked with this pictogram are suitable for vegan diets. It is guaranteed that no animal ingredients are contained in the product. However, despite careful processing, traces of animal components cannot be completely excluded.

vegetarian

All biozentrale products marked with this pictogram are suitable for vegetarian diets (no animal consumption). It is guaranteed that no animal ingredients are contained in the product. However, despite careful processing, traces of animal components cannot be completely excluded.

gluten free

All biozentrale products marked with this pictogram are suitable for a gluten free diet. It guarantees that the product does not contain any cereals with gluten or products thereof.

lactose free

All biozentrale products marked with this pictogram are suitable for lactose free diets. It guarantees that the product does not contain any milk products or products derived from them.

palm oil free

All biozentrale products marked with this pictogram are free of palm oil.

Fairtrade

Fairtrade promotes better working and living conditions for certified producers as well as environmental protection. The product was grown by Fairtrade producers, certified and traded according to Fairtrade standards.

‘Made for Recycling’-seal

The products marked with this seal are available in highly recyclable packaging, which can be perfectly separated by the consumer in the closed-loop cycle and sorted by machine so that the materials can be recovered for reuse. Certification and awarding of the official ‘Made for Recycling’-seal is carried out on behalf of the environmental and recycling service provider Interseroh, in accordance with the criteria standardised by bifa Umweltinstitut GmbH and confirmed by the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV as neutral independent bodies.

High proportion of recycled material in the packaging

The products marked with this seal are delivered in packaging that contains a high proportion of recycled material in the packaging.
