Our biozentrale whole grain buckwheat is a good source of fibre. With its subtle, nutty taste it is an excellent alternative to traditional side dishes. Although it is called buckwheat, it is not related to wheat and is therefore naturally gluten free. As a result of processing and production, traces of gluten may be present, as cereals containing gluten are processed on the same equipment.
Our tip: use our biozentrale buckwheat instead of rice or pasta as a side dish for your favourite entrée. Buckwheat is also perfect for your colourful salad creations or in your muesli.

Cook the buckwheat in water (1 cup of buckwheat in approx. 2 cups of water) and let swell for approx. 20 minutes.
