Our biozentrale pumpkin seed oil is obtained from roasted pumpkin seeds through a gentle cold pressing process and is not refined. With its original, aromatic taste, our pumpkin seed oil is an excellent choice for finely seasoned salad dressings, raw vegetable dishes or even as a delicious topping on soups and vegetable stir-fries (right before serving them). Also available as 250 ml bottle.
Our tip: you can also use our pumpkin seed oil also to make sweet dishes, e.g. to enhance and decorate desserts. For example, you can make a fancy dessert with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin seed oil and lightly roasted biozentrale pumpkin seeds.
