Our biozentrale pumpkin seed oil is obtained from roasted pumpkin seeds in a gentle cold pressing process and is not refined. With its original, aromatic taste, our pumpkin seed oil is an excellent choice for finely seasoned salad dressings, raw vegetable dishes or even as a delicious topping on soups and vegetable stir-fries (right before serving them). Also available as 100 ml bottle.
Our tip: you can also use our pumpkin seed oil to enhance and decorate desserts and sweet dishes. For example, you can create a fancy dessert with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin seed oil and lightly roasted biozentrale pumpkin seeds.
