Distinguished by its high smoke point, our golden yellow biozentrale sunflower oil is obtained from carefully selected high-oleic sunflower seeds from contract farming. It is gently deodorised with steam, which ensures its high smoke point. With its mild, neutral taste and high content of unsaturated fatty acids, it is particularly suitable for frying at high temperatures, baking and deep-frying.
